Crafting Tomorrow's Spaces with Environmental Consciousness
Based in Toronto's heart, we're not your typical architecture firm. We believe buildings should work with nature, not against it.
Look, we didn't start this firm to just draw pretty buildings. Back in 2009, we saw how construction was eating up resources like there's no tomorrow - and honestly, if we kept going that way, there might not be one.
What began as two architects sharing a cramped office in Liberty Village has grown into something we're pretty proud of. We've completed over 150 projects across Ontario, but it's not about the numbers really. It's about changing how people think about their built environment.
Every project we take on has to answer one question: "How can this building give back more than it takes?" Sometimes that means solar panels, sometimes it's about preserving a heritage facade, and sometimes it's designing spaces that make people actually want to stick around instead of cranking the AC and hiding indoors.
We're not gonna lie - sustainable architecture takes more effort. But that's kinda the point.
Every client's different. We spend time understanding what you actually need, not what we think you should want. Your building, your vision - we're just here to make it better and greener.
We design buildings that'll still be relevant in 50 years. That means flexible spaces, durable materials, and systems that can adapt as technology changes. Future-proofing is real.
We use energy modeling, daylight analysis, and thermal simulations. Not because we're nerds (okay, we are), but because guessing doesn't cut it when you're trying to hit net-zero targets.
Construction's where good designs can go sideways. We're on-site regularly, working with contractors to make sure what gets built matches what we drew. Details matter.
Yeah, we practice what we preach. Our office is in a restored 1920s building with geothermal heating and a green roof.
Honestly? Because we care. Not in a corporate mission statement way, but genuinely. We're gonna push you to think bigger about sustainability, challenge assumptions, and probably make you consider materials you've never heard of.
But we're also realistic. We know budgets exist. We understand timelines matter. And we get that not every client can go full net-zero on their first project. We meet you where you are and help you get as far as you can.
Our clients stick around - about 70% of our work comes from repeat clients or referrals. We'd like to think that says something about how we operate.
